Great Lent (Fast) has begun.
We will have services on Wednesday and Friday evenings at 5:30 pm, starting TODAY, February 17.
Wednesdays: Pre-sanctified Liturgy of St Gregory, Pope of Rome
Fridays: Compline and the Akathist.
Jesus preached saying, ‘Repent (Μετανοεῖτε, Change your mind/focus), for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’” (Mt 4: 13-17) This is the very first word spoken to us by our Lord Jesus Christ: “Repent! (Μετανοεῖτε)” He says, which means “Change your mind” or your “focus.”
Let us help each other keep Lent, to keep focus. Let us pray for one another.
