Patriarch Bechara Boutros Rai speaks

On March 27, 2021, there was a virtual meeting with His Eminence and Beatitude Patriarch Bechara Boutros Rai, Maronite Patriarch.

Patriarch Rai, 81, was elected by the Maronite Synod of Bishops on 5 March 2011. Pope Benedict XVI nominated him to the College of Cardinals in 2012.

The Patriarch speaks in Arabic and is translated into English.
